The Arden Park is a character Victorian town house that was built in the 1860'S. Whilst it still retains the architectural features of days gone by, the property boasts deluxe en suite facilities in all of its rooms. Guests can be sure of a warm, friendly atmosphere in this comfortable guest house just 2 minutes' walk from the town centre. There is also a guest lounge and a patio garden. Our breakfast is an 'all you can eat' continental-style buffet of ham, boiled eggs, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, juice and freshly-brewed coffee or tea. |

On Foot:
From the Railway Station:
- Take the exit road from station and walk to traffic lights.
- Turn left onto Arden Street.
- The house is situated just a minute's walk from here on your right.
By Car:
From the M40:
- Exit at junction 15.
- Take the A46 to Stratford-upon-Avon.
- At the second roundabout, take the A3400 into Stratford-upon-Avon.
- Turn right at the traffic lights with Clopton Road on your left into Arden Street (A4390).
- The house is opposite The Stratford Hotel.
If you are having difficulties, just head for the Railway Station, the house is very close to it.
Parking:
Ample parking is available in a pay and display car park across the road. The house will pay the fees for you, so just come in before parking to pick up your voucher.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
