Formerly a splendid private house, the Mary Arden Inn dates back to the 1700s. You may recognise the name Mary Arden as William Shakespeare's mother. Standing opposite Mary Arden's house, the inn offers the perfect country retreat for visiting Stratford upon Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare, and all of the local heritage and history. The Mary Arden Inn has 11 en-suite bedrooms, all decorated and furnished in a traditional style to compliment the beautiful building.
